Qualifikationen

• NMLS registration is required and Safe Act compliance is expected.
• Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in banking, retail, or sales is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Work with business credit requests under $250K, refer larger lending opportunities and cross-sell treasury products.
• Build referral opportunities through COIs and MGM programs.
• Assist in strategies to grow the small business client and implement sales plans for Book of Business customers.
• Deliver client services via outbound and inbound calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing ones through cross-sell.
• Coach tellers and branch staff on products and programs, identifying client needs and referrals.
• Educate clients on service channels and digital tools to uncover opportunities and present financial solutions.
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies and procedures and manage risk with ethical judgment.
