Citigroup in New York is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker SAFE Act to support sales and service activities, building customer loyalty and increasing sales to individual consumer clients.

You will work with small business credit under $250K, refer larger lending opportunities, and cross-sell treasury and related products, while delivering excellent client service across channels.

Formación

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with small business credit requests under $250K and cross-sell treasury products.
• Build referral opportunities through COIs and MGM Program.
• Help grow the small business client and implement sales plans for Book of Business customers.
• Provide client services via outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships through cross-sell.
• Coaching and guidance to Tellers and branch staff on products and programs; identifying client needs and referrals.
• Educate clients on service channels and leverage digital tools to uncover opportunities and present product offers.
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies, standards and procedures.
• Assess risk in decisions, safeguarding Citi and assets, driving compliance and escalating issues when needed.
