What you bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong member service skills with financial services knowledge and a genuine desire to help people. The most successful candidates are adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, banking, or financial services.

Required Skills

• Ability to build trust and develop relationships through meaningful member conversations.
• Ability to identify financial needs and recommend relevant products, services, and solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process transactions, account maintenance, and lending activities accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a regulated environment.
• Ability to learn and apply credit union policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Education/Certifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must obtain Notary status within 3 months of hire if not currently commissioned. You should also be comfortable shifting priorities throughout the day, moving between service, sales, lending, and operational responsibilities based on member needs.
