Job summary

Hancock Whitney in California is seeking a Financial Center Sales Associate to build relationships, conduct proactive outreach, and advise clients on our digital banking tools. You will handle routine transactions, explain mobile and online banking, and guide clients toward self-service options.

You will work to achieve sales goals, refer clients to mortgage, business banking, and investment specialists, and uphold risk, compliance, and service standards across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of sales or client service experience required; banking preferred.
• Strong ability to build and expand client relationships.
• Must have NMLS registration under the SAFE Act.

Responsibilities

• Build and retain client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative discussions.
• Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; explain digital banking solutions.
• Refer clients to internal partners for mortgages, investments, etc.
• Maintain risk and compliance with bank policies; ensure safe customer experience.
