Job summary

Pioneer Bank in Mankato, MN is seeking a high-energy Retail Services Team member for the Mankato Adams St. Branch. You will greet customers, process transactions, open accounts and build relationships while protecting privacy and delivering exceptional service.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to grow within a community-focused bank. Hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with Saturday rotations.

Qualifications

• Banking experience preferred, but training provided.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn and grow in retail banking.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately using a cash recycler.
• Strengthen relationships with customers through personalized service.
• Educate customers and protect their privacy and data.
• Open new accounts and cross-sell banking products when appropriate.
• Serve as a trusted resource for customers in person and by phone.
