Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to welcome clients, build lasting relationships, and provide thoughtful financial solutions using Chase technology and services.

You will manage a portfolio, educate clients on digital tools, and collaborate with product experts while upholding strict regulatory requirements. This role requires weekend/evening availability and a strong commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training to meet compliance obligations.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly, in person and by phone, to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs, build trust, and anticipate future requirements.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
