Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Tolono, IL to provide personalized service, handle routine and complex banking tasks, and cross-sell products. You will open accounts, assist with maintenance, and support online banking tools while ensuring security and compliance.

Strong sales and customer service skills are essential, along with knowledge of basic math and accounting. This role requires physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 50 lbs, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma.
• Requires previous banking and/or sales experience.
• Pursuant to the SAFE Act, all Relationship Bankers must maintain NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with exceptional service to build relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and refer to other lines of business.
• Open and manage a variety of accounts and assist with maintenance.
• Refer clients to loan/credit specialists as needed.
• Process transactions with accuracy and balance cash drawer.
