Job summary

Qualifications

• NMLS license and registration required.

Responsibilities

• Open and service consumer deposit accounts while identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels.
• Deliver fast, easy, and personalized service while building strong client relationships.
• Process banking transactions, account maintenance requests, and operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Protect client and bank information by following privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies, and procedures including BSA and OFAC.
• Complete required training and stay current on bank products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
