Job summary

Orange County's Federal Credit Union (OCFCU) seeks a Relationship/Personal Banker/Member Service Representative to serve as the trusted financial partner for members. You will blend service, sales, and problem-solving to help members confidently navigate their financial journeys.

You’ll handle teller transactions, open new accounts, assist with consumer loans, and proactively recommend suitable products, while maintaining a consultative, relationship-focused approach across a Monday–Saturday

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent banking or credit union experience.
• Hands-on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending.
• 2+ years cross-selling and referring financial products.
• Mandarin fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teller transactions accurately and with care.
• Open new accounts and guide consumer loan applications.
• Proactively recommend products and services that fit member needs.
• Resolve questions with a consultative, relationship-focused approach.
• Create trust that lasts beyond the transaction—and keeps members coming back.
