Qualifications

• Three years’ experience working for a bank or other financial institution preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and develop creative, workable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Open and close various accounts and products following regulations and procedures.
• Cross-sell banking products and services to build profitable relationships.
• Facilitate referrals for loans, merchant services, and investments.
• Assist customers with online banking setup and bill pay.
• Oversee check orders and other related tasks.
• Maintain branch standards and handle lobby/phone traffic.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and grow the customer base.
