Qualifications

• Retail banking experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers, identifying financial needs and tailoring product recommendations.
• Collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management teams to connect customers with experts.
• Operate teller drawer and assist customers in lobby or drive-up.
• Open accounts, perform maintenance, and assist customers with digital banking products.
• Recognize potential fraud and other risks to protect customers and the bank.
• Assist with bank opening/closing depending on shift and support community events.
