Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking Personal Bankers who build strong customer relationships and upsell products to help clients achieve financial well-being. You will use product knowledge and daily coaching to identify needs and offer tailored financial solutions.

You’ll train on UMB’s products, work with leadership, and contribute to a high-energy, sales-driven team environment while maintaining customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience with customers and product recommendations leading to sales.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Reliable transportation and availability for branch hours, weekends, and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions and routine service requests into cross-sell opportunities.
• Call leads, visit businesses for workplace banking, and develop referral networks.
