Position Title: Relationship Banker

Business Unit: Retail

Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment

Position Overview

This role involves developing proficiency in consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent will execute branch leads, handle customer transactions, and identify sales or referral opportunities, adhering to all policies and core values. The position may require working at various locations within the market.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote sales through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
• Recommend and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals.
• Incorporate digital products into customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate data for referrals, customers, and applications using branch technology.
• Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
• Understand and manage risks in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• No specific years of experience required.

Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products, and sales skills.

Licenses/Certifications
