• Perform teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Deliver and cross-sell banking products according to customer needs.
• Assist with branch-specific goals, bank initiatives, and the strategic plan.
• Provide customer service for daily transactions, inquiries, problem resolution, and follow-up.
• Perform outbound sales activities, including prospecting and calling prospective and existing customers in person, virtually, and by phone.
• Maintain customer confidentiality in accordance with bank policy.
• Operate required technology.
• Use the customer management system to document interactions, send referrals, and update campaigns.
• Participate in community activities as necessary
