What you’ll do:

As a Relationship Banker, you will build and maintain meaningful customer relationships, using your financial knowledge to recommend tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include:

1. Building lasting relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and recommending suitable products and services.
2. Collaborating with Mortgage and Wealth Management partners to connect customers with specialists.
3. Operating a teller drawer to serve lobby and drive-up customers.
4. Opening accounts, maintaining accounts, and assisting with digital banking products.
5. Recognizing potential fraud and risks.
6. Depending on your shift, you may be responsible for opening and closing the bank.
7. Supporting community and bank events.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales roles.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate is $21.00 - $28.00, with eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual pay varies based on qualifications and experience.
