Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a customer-focused banking professional to support the business customer segment with deposit and lending transactions, loan closing documentation, and related services. This role is onsite in Kansas City and emphasizes building strong relationships with peers, customers, and lending staff.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, researching and correcting account information, processing loan payments, origination and maintenance of commercial deposit

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience in the banking industry.
  • Strong client service background and skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication on telephone and in person.
  • Ability to complete multiple assignments with quality and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers.
  • Process loan payments, advances, and maintenance.
  • Originate and maintain Commercial deposit accounts.
  • Loan tracking and document review.
  • Loan closing assistance and complex loan processing (e.g., construction draws).
  • Provide operational support to lending staff.

Demonstrated written and exceptional interpersonal communication on telephone and personally when greeting clients/prospects/vendors5. Ability to complete multiple assignments/projects with quality, accuracy and within set deadlines.6. Exceptional attention to detail7.
