Wealth Management Client Manager

Major duties include managing assigned account base of wealth management clients, guiding client conversations for goals driven wealth management and holistic advice, maintaining a working knowledge of various NT resources, providing focused client service with responsiveness, diplomacy and tact, building and maintaining knowledge of NT fiduciary standards and practices, cultivating relationships with referral sources and centers of influence, teaching and mentoring less experienced partners, traveling to meet with clients where appropriate, seeking continued development of fiduciary and advisory skills, and exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

Knowledge required includes fiduciary and financial products and services, technical knowledge of investments, tax, legal, and operations, knowledge of fiduciary standards, principles, and applicable laws and regulations, skills in negotiating, problem solving, delegating, leadership, and sales, and ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus.

Experience required includes college or university degree &/or relevant proven work experience and 7-10 years' experience in fiduciary servicing, in personal trust, estate administration or related fields.
