Job summary

Atlantic Group in New York is seeking an experienced senior accountant to manage loan, debt, and JV partner accounting for an open-ended REIT. You will oversee accounts payable, cash positions, and partner distributions, and lead technical accounting research.

Responsibilities include maintaining ledgers, loan tape, bank reconciliations, and managing the year-end audit. Preferred candidates have 7-12+ years in real estate/public accounting and strong consolidation/VIE analysis skills.

• 7-12+ years of experience within real estate/public accounting
