Qualifikationen

• Develop and maintain pricing models for reinsurance business, assessing expected loss, expenses, risk loads, and profitability.
• Perform reserving analyses, including estimates of ultimate losses, reserve adequacy, and portfolio development.
• Analyze treaty, exposure, premium, claims, and loss data to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities.
• Build and improve actuarial models, tools, and processes to support pricing, reserving, and portfolio monitoring.
• Translate complex actuarial findings into clear recommendations for underwriting, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to support the development of technology-enabled actuarial workflows and risk analytics.
• Contribute to a rigorous approach to underwriting, risk selection, and capital deployment as the business grows.
