Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional/business work experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including data scrubbing, formulas, charts, VLOOKUP, MIN/MAX, COUNTIF, filters, pivot tables, and data auditing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive in identifying recurring tasks and prioritizing workload.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renewal exhibits and analyze client data for trends and issues.
• Learn and navigate systems for setting up/renewing programs, managing quotes and approvals.
• Track placement status and obtain broker updates.
• Communicate with clients and markets during the placement process.
• Draft broker sign-offs on renewal requests and placement documents.
• Research financial statements, product lines, and geographic exposures.
• Interface with other departments to support modeling, research, and contract work.
• Manage contract documents and ensure all executed documents are tracked.
