Job summary

GSFS Group seeks a Finance Analyst - Reinsurance in Houston to analyze financial data, prepare timely reports, and strengthen internal controls. You will work across departments to support dealer participation programs and improve cross-functional coordination.

The role requires a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 0–1 year of internship experience, and knowledge of GAAP, with strong Excel and data-analysis skills. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-1 year intern or co-op experience in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Exposure to investments, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
• GAAP familiarity; understanding of financial statements; data tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports new dealer participation program accounts with Legal, Risk and Operations teams.
• Prepares and analyzes pro-formas based on Sales/Agents/Risk requests.
• Analyzes dealer statements and updates Executive Dealer Portal with analytics.
• Incorporates new products/companies in Dealer Participation Programs.
