Swiss Re is seeking an Auditor for its Group Internal Audit (GIA) to apply reinsurance expertise in an audit setting and strengthen risk management across the end-to-end value chain. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in external and/or internal audit, technical accounting, or claims within the re/insurance industry
• Solid knowledge of (re)insurance value chain and governance frameworks, risk landscape and control environments
• Strong understanding of governance processes and controls across complex structures
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality audit reports across a diverse portfolio of audits in the (re)insurance value chain
• Provide actionable insights to management by translating audit findings into clear observations and recommendations
• Monitor and analyze the risk landscape to inform audit planning and risk assessment
• Evaluate governance, processes, controls, and risk management practices across end-to-end reinsurance processes
• Identify key and emerging risks across the (re)insurance value chain
• Share reinsurance expertise with audit colleagues during planning, fieldwork, and reporting
