Qualifikationen

• Ability to effectively de-escalate and resolve difficult situations.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Conduct timely insurance benefit verifications to determine patient eligibility and cost-share responsibilities.
• Submit prior authorization requests and follow up with insurers via phone or portals.
• Interpret denials and draft appeals with limited supervision.
• Research payer medical policies and coverage guidelines.
• Verify authorizations and pricing agreements for insured patients.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to support reimbursement goals and patient needs.
• Follow up on outstanding insurance balances and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Submit and track claim appeals related to payment disputes.
• Communicate with managed care organizations to streamline reimbursement processing.
