A strong background in healthcare reimbursement and MS Office is required. Based in the Atlanta area, the position emphasizes collaboration with field staff and corporate teams to ensure accurate payer processes and compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and 2+ years in healthcare intake/admissions or reimbursement.
• Intermediate Excel, Word; basic PowerPoint.
• Experience with payer reimbursement guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and conduct payer training for field and corporate staff.
• Create and implement audit programs for field and corporate staff; serve as contact for payer audits.
• Facilitate training for payer billing software/hardware for field and corporate staff.
• Review payer referrals per established approval processes.
• Assist with enrollment of offices into payer plans.
• Maintain database to quantify and trend payer-related referral, audit, denial, and payment data.
