Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Scheduler to coordinate staffing and schedule patient visits across clinical areas, interfacing with nursing, pharmacy and warehouse teams.

The role involves contacting patients and clinicians to confirm deliveries and visits, interpreting physician orders, and ensuring timely, compliant scheduling while safeguarding patient confidentiality. Clerical duties may be required in the absence of a clerk.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills required.
• Experience in scheduling or coordinating, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience in customer service and handling multiple tasks.
• Basic proficiency with Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.

This may include Option Care Nursing, Subcontracted Nursing, and Network Nursing. Works closely with the pharmacy, nursing and warehouse to determine schedule needs and availability to insure appropriate patient care.
