Job summary

McKesson seeks a Supervisor, CGT Reimbursement & Medical Benefit Operations to lead a team supporting Cell and Gene Therapy reimbursement, medical benefit investigations, and payer billing for Biologics. You will act as SME, provide coaching and development, and partner with internal teams.

Hybrid role: candidates should live within driving distance of Ft. Worth, TX or Cary, NC. Strong leadership, healthcare reimbursement experience, and knowledge of HIPAA and payer processes are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading reimbursement or billing teams in healthcare.
• Experience with cell and gene therapy reimbursement is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payer policies, coding, and medical billing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead reimbursement and medical benefit team and oversee performance.
• Oversee medical benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and complex payer escalations.
• Partner with internal medical billing teams to ensure claims are billed accurately and compliantly.
• Drive process improvements and readiness activities for new therapies.
