Job summary

Alkermes Patient Access Services is seeking a Reimbursement and Access Case Manager to be the primary contact for healthcare providers, insurance companies, and vendors to enable patient access to Alkermes products.

This remote role supports patient transitions from inpatient to outpatient, develops internal and external relationships, and documents case activities while troubleshooting reimbursement issues based on regional health plan knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of case management or reimbursement hub experience.
• Strong understanding of specialty injectable product reimbursement.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bachelor's degree preferred.
