Job summary

Westchester Medical Center Health Network is seeking a Financial Analyst to prepare monthly AR valuations, assist with annual operating and capital budgets, and support managers and executives with internal and external reports and analyses.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, cost reports, and surveys for external agencies, gathering data for Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, and contributing to the hospital's budget process and data systems.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years or more preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance required.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office; Access experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual accounts receivable valuations.
• Assist in preparation and analysis of multiple financial statements.
• Prepare special analyses and reports as needed.
• Gathers data for Annual Medicare & Medicaid Cost Reports and CFRs.
• Aid in annual budget process and in CON data gathering.
