Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT / CS / Finance / Health Admin required; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience required.
• HFMA Certifications (CHFP & CSAF) are a plus.
• Advanced training in Microsoft Excel including Power Query, pivot tables, financial modeling, large dataset analysis, reporting automation, and dashboard development required.
• Proficiency with databases such as Tableau, Tableau Prep or similar.
• Experience with Epic AR and patient information; INFOR GL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze and report data from multiple financial systems to support Federal and New York State reimbursement reporting and audits.
• Prepare Medicare Cost Report and New York State Institutional Cost Report.
• Assist with regulatory audits and special projects as needed.
• Support all Montefiore entities with reimbursement processes; hybrid work model.
