Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Reimbursement Access Manager II to lead strategies for access and reimbursement of rare disease therapies in the U.S. You will work cross-functionally with Patient Access, Sales, and HUB partners to optimize payer uptake and patient access.

The Reimbursement Access Manager II will play a critical role in ensuring patients have timely and sustained access to Xeris’ rare disease therapies. This individual will lead initiatives to address reimbursement challenges, support healthcare providers and patients with access and reimbursement needs and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance payer strategy execution. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in rare disease market dynamics, strong knowledge of U.S. reimbursement systems, and a passion for making a difference in patients' lives.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $103,500 - $165,600. We are committed to offering competitive compensation. Starting pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including the role, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, internal equity, market data, and the location of the role, where applicable.

Non-Sales role employees are eligible for an annual bonus.
