Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement systems, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
  • Experience with HUB services, payer policies, specialty pharmacies, and patient support programs.
  • Knowledge of coding and billing processes relevant to rare disease treatments (e.g., J-codes, CPT, ICD-10).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in a hybrid/remote setup.

This individual will lead initiatives to address reimbursement challenges, support healthcare providers and patients with access and reimbursement needs and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance payer strategy execution.
