Responsibilities

Provides accurate and timely billing and collection activities in accordance with national policies and VHA regulations.
Identifies factors and interrelationships relevant to the defined area of work and makes decisions accordingly.
Applies independent analytical techniques to interpret requirements, regulations, and procedures for revenue activities at VAMCs and CPAC.
Educates Veterans and families on repayment plans, waivers, insurance eligibility benefits, and factors that impact accounts for FP and TP billing.
Evaluates actions within their span, assigns disposition instructions, and researches/corrects FP co-payments for VA programs.
