Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for clients visiting our offices. You will engage with customers, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, and distribute marketing materials to keep clients engaged during wait times.

This role suits individuals with excellent communication skills and experience in fast-paced retail or service settings.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
