Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current license in North Carolina.
• Two to four years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates unit organization and safe patient care.
• Prepares shift assignments based on staff education, experience, and patient acuity.
• Monitors unit activities to ensure timely assignments.
• Collaborates with supervisor to adjust staffing for safe operations.
• Conducts performance evaluations and staff meetings.
• Directs staff during emergencies and drills.
