Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, develops/restorative treatment plans to maintain patient functioning.
• Prepares patient, equipment and records for transport per therapist guidance.
• Answers department calls, assists with scheduling and record keeping.
• Maintains cleanliness and readiness of treatment areas and equipment.
• Communicates with patients, families and staff while protecting confidentiality.
• Retrieves information from records and logs treatment/charges.
