NeuroRestorative, part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for individuals of all ages with brain, spinal cord, and complex injuries or illnesses. We offer programs in various community-based settings, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members, and Veterans.

Maternity Leave & Vacation Coverage: June-October

If you have experience in Rehabilitation Services and want to make a positive impact, this role involves providing medically prescribed physical therapy to patients with injuries, deconditioning, or musculoskeletal diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.

Responsibilities

1. Evaluate program participants and develop written treatment plans.
2. Administer treatment programs, communicate needs to staff, and re-evaluate as necessary.
3. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards and confidentiality.
4. Participate in meetings, team reports, and policy setting.
5. Coordinate with physicians, staff, families, and community resources.
6. Plan and deliver in-service training for staff and students.
7. Prepare service summaries and billing documentation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
2. Preferred: One year of experience.
3. State licensure in physical therapy.
4. Ability to perform heavy physical work, including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.
