Job description

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries, illnesses, and other challenges. In various locations and community-based settings, we offer programs including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members, and Veterans.

Do you have experience in Rehabilitation Services and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of many individuals? As a Physical Therapist, you will help serve others by providing medically prescribed physical therapy to patients suffering from injuries, deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.

• Evaluate program participants using appropriate procedures and develop written treatment plans.
• Administer treatment programs and communicate participant needs to staff. Re-evaluate and adjust programs as necessary.
• Maintain timely documentation for participants and administration.
• Ensure adherence to accreditation, licensure standards, and confidentiality.
• Attend program meetings, policy discussions, and conferences as needed.
• Participate in clinical meetings to discuss and evaluate treatment programs.
• Serve on rehabilitation teams, communicating with physicians, staff, professionals, families, and community resources to ensure effective therapy.
• Plan and implement in-service programs for staff and groups as assigned.
• Participate in orientation programs for new staff, participants, and PT/PTA students.
• Prepare service summaries and maintain billing documentation for staff review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• One year of experience preferred
• State licensure in physical therapy
• Heavy work: exerting up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly to move objects.
