Overview

Rehabilitation Technician - Addison - Physical/Occupational Therapy

• Part-Time; 25 hours/week
• Hours: Monday-Friday; must work two evenings until 7:00pm
• Travel: Expected to travel to other sites for coverage needs

The Rehabilitation Technician maintains and supports the clinic environment to deliver safe, efficient, and quality patient care. The role requires effective work in both independent and team settings.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Clinic Director, responsible for:
• Patient care, support, and guidance, including executing care plans, setting up equipment, assisting with modalities, and monitoring patient safety.
• Clinic flow management, including patient arrivals, cleanliness, and supply management.
• Front-end tasks such as check-in, payments, answering phones, scheduling, and communication with referral teams.

Qualifications

• CPR certification (offered through Duly Health and Care)
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of medical terminology and therapy modalities
• Ability to identify proper patient setup and exercise positioning
• Team-oriented with attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills

Compensation ranges from $15.10 to $22.70 per hour, based on skills, experience, and location. Additional incentives may apply.
