Rehabilitation Technician - Addison - Physical/Occupational Therapy

Position Highlights

The Rehabilitation Technician maintains and supports the clinic environment to deliver safe, efficient, and quality patient care. The technician must work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Clinic Director, responsible for:
• Patient care, support, and guidance, including executing plans of care, equipment setup, assisting with modalities, patient education, monitoring safety, and discussing performance with providers.
• Clinic flow management, including monitoring patient arrivals, maintaining cleanliness, and ordering supplies.
• Front-end tasks such as check-in, co-pay collection, answering phones, scheduling, and communication with referral teams regarding insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• CPR certification (offered through Duly Health and Care).
• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and therapy modalities.
• Ability to identify proper patient setup and exercise positioning.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and good communication.

Compensation ranges from $15.10 to $22.70 per hour, based on skills, experience, and location, with additional incentives possible.
