Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; PT/OT program applicants preferred.
• Experience in rehab setting preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate clearly.
• Basic math for measuring and equipment adjustments.
• Ability to recognize safety hazards and follow protocols.
• Basic computer literacy; EMR experience preferred.
• No license required; supervision by licensed therapist.
• Lead tech may have supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Assist therapists with supervised exercises.
• Set up and adjust equipment; position patients.
• Escort patients to treatment areas and ensure safety.
• Monitor patient performance and report to therapist.
• Manage supplies and assist with inventory.
