Job summary

State of Oklahoma is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to assist professional staff in delivering rehabilitation services. The role involves direct client interaction, gathering information, and processing case data within an agency system.

You will support the planning and execution of individualized employment plans and coordinate with vendors and within the division. The position requires entry-level to mid-level clerical experience and familiarity with basic computer tools, along with

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic computer functions, spelling, punctuation and grammar.
• Ability to interact effectively and courteously with people; exercise good judgment.
• Familiarity with office policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled technical assistance to rehabilitation staff in direct client services.
• Assists clients in completing applications for services.
• Gathers medical diagnosis information and case-related correspondence.
• Arranges and authorizes services in an approved rehabilitation plan.
• Processes case data (applications, eligibility, IPE, notes, authorizations).
• Maintains files and transfers case records through the information system.
• Performs general office operations and reception duties as needed.
• Essential Functions: data entry for rehabilitation professionals, answer phones, assist clients and vendors.
