Job summary

Qualifications

• Level I requires one year of office clerical experience.
• Level II requires two years of technical clerical work.
• Level III requires two years plus one year rehab-related exp or a qualifying degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled technical assistance to rehabilitation staff for direct client services.
• Assist clients with completing applications for services.
• Organize medical diagnosis information and case-related letters.
• Arrange and authorize services within an approved rehabilitation plan.
• Process case data including applications, eligibility, IPEs, and notes.
