Job summary

Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team in Billings, MT. You will contribute to high-quality patient care by collaborating with therapists and supporting a safe, organized environment that promotes recovery.

You will follow treatment plans, assist with transport, document patient responses, and participate in continuing education and professional development within a patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient care tasks as directed by the OTR/RPT to help patients achieve therapy goals.
• Safely transport patients to and from therapy and other activities.
• Communicate clearly with members of the rehabilitation team.
• Observe and recognize patient reactions to treatment; follow instructions accurately.
• Lift and carry equipment, supplies, and materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basis; use proper body mechanics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
