We are currently seeking a motivated Rehabilitation Technician to join our therapy department and assist in helping residents regain their strength, independence, and quality of life.

Position Overview:
The Rehabilitation Technician plays a vital role in supporting our physical, occupational, and speech therapists. You will assist with therapy sessions, ensure smooth clinic operations, and help create a positive experience for our residents during their rehabilitation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist therapy staff with resident treatment sessions as directed
• Prepare, clean, and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas
• Transport residents to and from therapy sessions safely and timely
• Observe and report any resident changes to therapists and/or nursing
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Support infection control and safety protocols within the therapy department
• Perform light clerical duties such as tracking schedules and filing therapy notes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in patient/resident care in a nursing center, hospital, or rehabilitation center preferred. Therapy students will be considered.
• Basic knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and practices a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused
• CPR certification preferred or must be obtained shortly after hire
