Job summary

Harbourwood Post-Acute and Rehab at Vivo Harbourwood seeks a dedicated Rehabilitation Technician/Aide to support therapists and patients in the comprehensive rehabilitation program. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• Healthcare or rehabilitation setting experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move patients safely (minimum 25 pounds).
• Basic knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in setting up and organizing therapy equipment.
• Safely transport patients to and from therapy sessions.
• Assist patients with exercises, activities, and use of therapy equipment as instructed by therapists.
• Accurately file and manage patient therapy documentation in medical records.
• Report any incidents or changes in patient condition promptly to staff.
• Maintain therapy equipment cleanliness, sanitation, and safe storage after use.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
