Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 0–2 years of experience.
• Master’s Degree and/or CRC certification preferred.
• Willingness to pursue CRC exam if not certified.
• Strong counseling and assessment skills; ability to work with diverse populations.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate software and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Counsel and guide individuals with disabilities to achieve employment outcomes.
• Analyze educational, medical, psychological, and vocational information to understand applicants’ goals.
• Conduct diagnostic interviews to aid in appropriate career choices.
• Determine referrals to medical, psychological, or community services.
• Prepare comprehensive assessments and monitor progress toward IPE completion or employment.
• Develop rehabilitation plans aligned with consumer aptitudes and goals.
• Oversee staff work assignments, priorities, and coordination of activities.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
