• Participates in diagnosis and treatment of patients and families.
• Provides individual, family, and group interventions in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Coordinates with interdisciplinary team and community resources for post-discharge care.
• Performs crisis intervention as needed and maintains timely documentation.

Education
