Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the respective therapy discipline.
• 3 years of clinical experience in the professional field (PT/OT/SLP).
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire; PA licenses for OT/PT/SLP Upon Hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinical operations, business and financial planning, and quality improvement projects.
• Assumes responsibility for efficient and profitable management of rehabilitation services.
• Directs rehab services operations: staff interviews, orientation, performance appraisals, and employee development.
• Develops policies, procedures, service standards, and workflows to support consistent practices across function.
• Holds staff accountable for meeting policies and standards; coaches staff to improve performance.
• Administers interventions aligned with treatment plans based on evidence-based best practice.
• Promotes team building and engagement to foster an efficient, positive work environment.
• Provides ongoing assessment and analysis of patient functioning and progress.
• Develops treatment protocols for rehabilitation services related to patient conditions within area of expertise.
