Lehigh Valley Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Rehabilitation Clinical Specialist to deliver high-quality patient care within the Neuro Rehab team. You will work under clinical leadership to support education, competencies, and evidence-based practice.

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship of staff, and participation in performance improvement projects that enhance care transitions across the rehabilitation continuum. Day shift, Mon-Fri, on-site in Allentown, PA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Ability to function independently with integrity.
  • Board Certification and PA licensure upon hire or as applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care under Rehab Leadership direction.
  • Assist in orientation and mentorship of staff.
  • Support ongoing staff competencies and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Incorporate evidence-based practice into patient care and share findings.
  • Facilitate transitions of care within the rehabilitation continuum.
