Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is recruiting for a Rehabilitation Services leader to oversee patient care across PT, OT, and SLP disciplines. You will direct operations, manage staff and resources, and develop care programs that meet professional standards and patient needs in the Tobyhanna area.

The role requires licensure in PA for PT/OT/SLP, strong clinical operations knowledge, and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• 3 years Clinical experience in professional field (PT, OT, SLP).
• Ability to exercise judgment in making critical decisions.
• Expert level knowledge of clinical operations and related business processes.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania
• Upon Hire OT - Licensed Occupational Therapist - State of Pennsylvania
• Upon Hire PT - Licensed Physical Therapist - State of Pennsylvania
• Upon Hire SLP - Licensed Speech Language Pathologist - State of Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Manages clinical operations, business and financial planning, and quality improvement projects.
• Directs rehab services operations including staff interviews, orientation, and performance appraisals.
• Develops policies, procedures, service standards, and workflows to support the consistent application of practices across function.
• Coaches staff to improve performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Provides interventions aligned with evidence-based treatment plans.
• Develops treatment protocols for rehabilitation services related to patient conditions.
